TERMS
& CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR SELLERS
Applicable
to all items submitted to Tradingmarks (hereafter referred
to as TM) for sale through Marketplace or Auctionsite
| Clause
1 |
- All items are
examined and lotted, and an opinion of value given against each
lot in either the marketplace or auction catalogue as a guide to
purchasers.
- A reserve can be
placed on lots at the vendors stated reserve price before the
sale takes place.
- There are no
charges for lots illustrated in the marketplace or auction
catalogue.

Clause 2 |
Withdrawal of lots
- A charge is made if any lot is withdrawn
from sale after it has been entered in the catalogue for less
than one edition. This will be at the normal premium rate
of 10%. These charges are calculated on the lower
estimated figure. Following the subsequent first auction,
a withdrawal can be made at any time provided that a 7 day
notice is given in writing, whereby no fee will be due.

Results
& Settlement
- Following the
marketplace sale or auction we send all vendors an early results
advice which lists the sale price of each of their lots. Final
settlement notification is sent one month after the last date of
the auction with a cheque for the sale amount agreed, with
charges of 10%, together with any VAT which may be due deducted
from the sale proceeds.

| These
Terms, Conditions and Notices and any sale organised by TM shall be
governed by English law and any actual seller hereby submits to the
jurisdiction of the English courts in connection therewith.
